The mount of the edge motor is made of highly durable, tempered marine-grade extruded aluminum. The positive rear stow latch keeps the motor secured in place when making long runs across the lake or river. The motor's pull grip stows securely on the shaft yoke. The latch & door mount design with soft grip knob allows for easy removal of the motor for stowing in a secure storage area after a day of fishing. This motor also has an extended motor rest as well as an easy-to-read directional indicator which is built in to the top of the motor head on this foot control model. You'll spend more time scanning the water and less time worrying about your trolling motor.
