Convenient, interchangeable mounting bases are a hallmark of the Pro-Series, "2-In-1", and Mini Rigger systems. This base provides 360 degrees lift-and-turn horizontal adjustment and fail-safe retention. The locking keyway prevents removal of a rod holder or Mini Rigger until it is turned directly inboard. Flush Mount Base mounts to gunwale or deck. Easy-open cover conceals fasteners, and elastomeric liner seals water out. When closed, the low-profile, contoured design avoids snagging line.
